Conditions for Applications

Please find our conditions for application here:

  • Residents must be 60 years old or over, and retired.

  • Preference is given to applicants who have resided in the Borough of Colwyn for 10 years or longer, but applicants in Aberconwy / Colwyn will be considered.

  • Public Service and Voluntary Service in the Community is an added consideration.
